Thus it was written in the epistle of Tim Stoodt,

Ctrl-Y first. If that doesn't work, break and abort. Failing that, login
elsewhere and abortjob the session.

> Does the break key help in this situation?
I've yet to see a case where it didn't.

That depends on whether you are connected via serial port or VT (or Telnet).

They are HFS files. The can have long filenames, are case sensitive, can have
directories, and are bytestream files. Beyond that, they are pretty much just
MPE files.

Don't worry about that. First of all, all the MPE files *are* HFS files. You
can find them under

/ACCOUNT/GROUP/FILENAME (all uppercase).

Second, you can have HFS type files in MPE groups without a problem. They
won't show up under :LISTF, but will under :LISTFILE

Feel free two drop me a line if you have further questions.

          ==========================================================
[The works of Archimedes] are without exception, monuments of mathematical
exposition; the gradual revelation of the plan of attack, the masterly
ordering of the propositions, the stern elimination of everything not
immediately relevant to the purpose, the finish of the whole, are so
impressive in their perfection as to create a feeling akin to awe in the
mind of the reader.
