If you are talking about running terminal server on MS Server 2000, it
sounds like you running in "Remote Administration Mode". This mode will
only allow 2 "Administrators" to logon to the server via terminal services.
If you want to open up the server to allow multiple logons and
non-administrators you must change the mode of terminal services to
"Application Server Mode".

A MS$ product. The system will not allow more than 2 remote login's. We
raised the limit to unlimted. Still only 2.
