Tivoli sold Roc Software the MPE Versions of all the old MPE Unisom products
(Maestro, Road Runner, Tapes Plus, Formation and, Spoolmate). Part of the
deal
was that Roc Software could *only* do development (at least on these
products)
in the MPE space.
