If you've resolved this nevermind...anyhow under the QSTATE column you have
a CLOSED status that means the printer (750) is owned by a job or
session...the printer is called running "HOT".  You will have to abort the
job or session that is creating SPOOLID #o12036.  If that don't work you
probably will have to do a shutdown.  You can call me at 303.671.8000x3482
to discuss this further if you like.  Somebody probably did a
STOPSPOOL 750 which defaults to shutting the spooling queue which leads to
people owning the device or running "HOT".  In the future the proper
command to stop the printer is...
SPOOLER 750;OPENQ;STOP
or
STOPSPOOL 750;OPENQ
