FWIW, I woke up with power this morning and the Empire machine is back up.



Keven Miller's program that seeks out and finds my home internet's IP 

and ties it to the domain name helps.  It also runs every hour in case 

my provider does a reset.  (It is residential and has a tendency to 

change on a whim.)
