from personal experience running this step on mirrored disc will break them.

I'm not 100% sure, but I would guess that the "unsafe" part of SYSINFO
might be only the IOMAP menu item, which could "confuse" mirrored disc
while scanning the IO adapters and devices.

The IO command probably just traverses the config files/tables and
displays the results in a nicely formatted/selected fashion. However,
as I said, I am just *guessing* here, so your milage may vary!
