The 'RR provided' environment files do NOT operate as the 'normal' 'HP provided'
ones.
When I first saw them on our system, in the interest of saving trees, I tried to
use them on my file equations and discovered that they would not work.
The 'missing piece' is provided by RR at run time.

Roadrunner used to have 6 of them listed on page 2 of their manual. Don't
know if Tivoli considers them proprietary.
Their names were: RR1L, RR2L, RR4L, RR1P, RR2P, and RR4P.
Their usage can be derived from their file name. Go figure.
