Don't think there is an off-the shelf cable.
 
I don't quite get at what you want. Do you want to take advantage of existing
UTP cabling to connect a LJ to the DTC?
 
You can buy solderless (DB9/DB25-male/female)->RJ45 converters that you can
configure any way you want (I buy Siemon). Check any Black Box or similar
catalog. The pinout is the same as for any HP terminal.
