I am currently working with HP as a Technical Resource Associate and my
contract ends today.

My current position is an administrative in nature in that I mange the call
queue for eight HP Unix Networking teams.

My job job title is Que Supervisor and this job is responsible for
monitoring the queues and evaluating calls that have not been accepted.  I
performed the following functions:  resource allocation for new calls and
callbacks; escalating calls that involved a Duty Manager;and setting
customer's expectations when resources are not available.

In addition to the above, I worked to keep the team motivated and
enthusiastic.
