The msg in question was from hp3000-L subscriber Patrick Muylaert:

> Subject: RE: Natwest chandge in exchange rates structure and Euro

I received this msg as well. The really interesting thing to me was that
it arrived shortly after I made a post concerning the 3000 and the euro.
Hence, I thought it was in reply to my post. (I sent a private thank-you
msg to Patrick to that effect.)

I know I looked at the To: field, and I *thought* it was directed to the
entire list, but it appears I am mistaken, since I don't see it either
in the archives or in dejanews.
