I posted the following query to the list a few weeks ago, but if I received any
replies, I didn't keep them. So ... I'll ask again, just in case someone might
have an answer (BTW, we're running version 6.1c of JobRescue):
When the operators attempt to shut down JobRescue on our systems, the terminal
from which the STOP command is issued freezes for about 3-5 minutes, after which
the message, "Nothing entered.", appears. JobRescue then shuts down, but the
terminal is then hung and must be freed by resetting the DTC port to which it's
connected. Nobix professes no knowledge of this -- but it began when we first
installed version 6.1(b), IIRC. Has anyone had similar experience with a
solution? We're totally stumped.
