Things that are global to a job: file equations, temp files, CI variables
and JCWs, dsline numbers (?), current (logon) group.
Under the POISX .2 shell these things are still there and are still
global. The current working directory(CWD) is process local, and replaces
the current group wrt file name qualification. However the POSIX shell
doesn't recognize file equations or MPE temp files. All defined CI vars
are exported to the shell when the shell is executed, but they are
pass-by-value, meaning that dynamic vars (like HPCWD) aren't dynamic in
the shell. Also, some CI vars (like HPCMDNUM, HPREDOSIZE are not exported
to the shell since they are "local" to the CI.
