Michael,
Make sure that the Reflection setting (beyond just the version) are
consistent in all locations. Have users in each location issue the
following commands:
1. Alt-Y "To open-up a Reflection Command Window"
2. In the 'Command Window' enter the command: VERIFY CHANGED
3. Shut down the 'Command Window' replying 'no' to the 'save' prompt.
#2 above will cause Reflection to display, back on Reflection's main
window, any settings that have been changed from the default. Have the
users capture/print the changed settings and look for any differences.
If no differences are discovered it may be some 'network' setting that is
causing the 'hang'.
