"Cleanly"?

There are several possible solutions:

   1) Contact Telamon ([log in to unmask]) and see if they have a product
      that can do the job for you (Console Engine?)

   2) If you don't mind not having a clean "shutdown" first, *and* if
      you have AUTOSTART & AUTOBOOT enabled, *and* you don't need any
      manual intervention once the reboot has started, then...
      yes, it is possible to trigger a reboot programatically.  Thus, you
      could dial in and trigger it, or have a batch job do it every
      morning at 3am.     Email me for details.
