Anything that calls the old fileinfo intrinsics, which return really weird
values for some attributes, and nothing at all for filenames if the name
doesn't map to an MPE-useable name...
(Note; this only applies to files BUILT under the shell or built with HFS
specific filenames - I can't think of any application that should have a
problem in using a regular MPE filename expressed in HFS syntax)
