Are you using AutoDial?

We had exactly this problem, although I am sketchy on the details. I wrote a
little command file for the console operator to run that would attempt to
force JobPak to reexamine the stdlist for the step still seen as executing
(which I can send you separately). However, our problem appeared to be
related to our use of their AutoDial, which would somehow fail or hang, and
consequently, the stdlist would not get examined. I believe that we wound up
just restoring the 6.1c version of AutoDial from tape, and have not seen the
problem since.

Subject: Nobix/NSD JobPak Scheduler Question

One of my clients is having an intermittent problem with the Nobix Job
Scheduler (JobPak) version 6.1d.

Apparently JobPak occasionally misses a job trigger and neglects to submit
the next job in the schedule. Has anyone else experienced this sort of
anomaly? Any suggestions or advise will be appreciated!

TIA,
