We are only using IP addressing in this case.
Won't ping, but I can Telnet or VT into it just fine (odd that.)
Don't have an INETDSEC file here.
When opening FTP on another machine, it does not get refused, it just
hangs, can exit by only a hard break:

That's why I suspect it may be a internal switch/router blocking issue.
It may have to wait until my network supervisor returns.
