Greetings.

So I'm sitting here happily telling my boss how to move a database easily with
MPEX's %RENAME DB@,[log in to unmask] He comes back a couple of minutes later and
lets me know he erred and instead did %RENAME DB@,@.NEWGROUP - which failed for
all the datasets but made the rootfile (DB) apparently disappear.

Did the file truly disappear? Or is it just spinning on disc, unidentifiable
and unavailable? Is it possible to get it back (for next time, we've already
rebuilt the database)?

TIA.

Kelly Sevilla
