No, that was another product that was object code compatible.  You can't
patent "look and feel"

No, I am not saying that source is available in the above, but I will
say
that it might be available under the right conditions.

BTW, I don't think this would hurt HP sales at all, rather it would
complement them and bring more customers to the fold.
