We run our applications on two HP3000s, a 987-150 and a 980-200. We
consider the former system our strategic system. Our policy is to
install upgrades on the 980-200 first and a decent interval of time ahead
of installing them on the 987-150. We installed the 5.0 push release on
the 980-200 in October and have had only one minor problem that will not
happen on the 987-150.

Here's the question:

Since the time to perform an update is considerable, given our philosphy,
should we simply install the 5.0 push on the 987-150 or should we
leap-frog to the Express 3 release, with the latest powerpatch, C.50.04
that Jon Cohen wrote about this morning? Or some alternative.

Thanks.
