Now, do a listf backup.command,4 while being logged on as operator.sys.
Also, are you using "plain" MPE STREAM command or third party (like Vesoft's
STREAMX) ?  Or, are you using a UDC to stream ?  If so, please post your UDC
content...

If using STREAMX or something else, maybe it's trying to read something
elsewhere on system where Operator.sys doesn't have access...  If this is
the case, then posting your job content (jcl) may help.  But please, don't
reboot your system for that !!!  It's not a PC !  It's an HP3000 !
