Its not a DTC16, but our dialin modems on our DTC48 are connected to 25 
pin "modem" ports rather than the three pin ATP ports.

Also of note, when I was setting up the modems I wasn't able to get a run 
of the mill US Robotics Sportster configured to work properly for dialin.  
I had to dig up some actual Hayes modems we had setting around.  Those 
worked okay.
