>Does anyone know if “LPR” for printing is available natively on HP3000?

It depends on what you would consider "natively" ;-) For example, I've
used two Java implementations of LPR on MPE/iX a while ago (see the list
archives or google search re "java and lpr and appel") to sent flat file
contents to an LPD printer or print server.

However, if you intend to send MPE spoolfiles with CCTL to an LPD server
or printer, you might need to use one of the 3rd party spooling products
as they will probably handle to conversion of CCTL to PCL or somesuch.
