Apparently fixed by patch MPEJXC1A that I installed here on Monday.  Note
that the patch isn't General Release yet.

MPEJXC1A backs out a :DEBUG macro applied binary patch for the network printing
perf skip issues that I mentioned on HP3000-L a while back.  The binary patch
refused to re-install, and the lab is writing me a new one.  Dunno if anybody
else is using this same patch (there is no patch ID for this one yet, to my
knowledge).
