The sendmail that currently exists for MPE is more than three years old.  It's
possible that O'Reilly is talking about a newer version.

In any case, what you see in sendmail.cf is probably what you need to work
with.  I say "probably" because sendmail.cf was generated with a fairly default
collection of macros, and the use of non-default macros will cause additional
statements to be added to sendmail.cf.
