Bob,

If you're talking about using fw scsi cards in the
HSC expansion, afaik, that will not work.  We've had to
connect an 1828a io expansion to the HSC expansion
board in the back of the CPU with 'opal' cables, then
add whatever scsi cards we need to the 1828a.
