Do a :SHOWVAR HPUSER@ and look at the values for HPUSERCOUNT &
HPUSERLIMIT. HPUSERCOUNT is the number of users currently logged on
and HPUSERLIMIT is the maximum allowed on your system. We've seen
HPUSERCOUNT get corrupted a few times but a re-boot usually clears it.
What sort of START did you do? I think you'll need to do a >START
NORECOVERY.
