I think the spirit of this message is worth repeating, for everyone to
understand fully (particularly upper HP mangement, who may believe that
loyal HP3000 customers are "out to get HP management").

This message is typical of the attitude of the many, many HP3000 loyal
customers who cross my path. And I certainly travel many paths, using all
kinds of transportation and communications methods (from "tricks" that move
physical atoms, such as planes and cars, to "tricks" that move bits, such
as the Internet, with everything in between, ranging from analog telephones
and faxes to who-knows-what telex and snail-mail).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The message is loud and clear: Everyone wants to help HP rebuild the
HP3000 market. There is no question about that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Loudly and clearly yours,
