SETCOUNTER COUNTER=SESSNUM;MAX=16383 ( you can drop the BASE=n) then
you can put them in sysstart and you won't cause problems with reboots
that occur too close together attempting to create duplicate spool
id's and panicking,

I have forgotten how to reset the starting spool file id.  Does anybody
know?
