Not today. I just went there and saw:

PLEASE The HP Electronic Support Center will be unavailable
NOTE beginning at 17:00 PST, Friday, February 5, 1999, until
02:00 PST, Saturday, February 6, 1999, for software
maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and
               greatly appreciate your patience.

HP ESC The HP ESC Sweepstakes is temporarily unavailable
Sweepstakes and will return on Monday, February 8th. Thank you for
your interest and we apologize for any inconvience.

Say, you don't suppose these two items are related, do you? ;-)

BTW, there's an ESC mirror at <http://us-support2.external.hp.com/>. I
was able to use this Monday night when the regular URL was throwing me
out with "unable to create IPC pipe" errors.
