It's not the Hilton in Paris but  Paris Hilton in Paris.  

She is the heiresses to the Hilton hotel chain.  Apparently she and her
boyfriend made a video while engaged in sexual activity, and the tape
made it's way to the internet.

Yosef,

according to TV-ratings for the American public it is more important to
watch Paris Hilton in some show than the Presidents' speech to the
nation.
Show's you the importance of the president.
A journalist suggested that Paris Hilton should be the running mate for
a
democrat ;-)
Like Fritz & t... some years ago.
Shows whats important to society and their values.
