MPEix 5.5 and RJE

Is anyone using RJE on a 5.5 system?  We have attempted to upgrade to 5.5
express4 (and install RJE) on a 5.5 system twice and it has failed both
times.  The RC said put the old one back and we'll send you another patch
but this is getting tiresome.  RJE runs on one of my 5.0's just fine.

I am beginning to think it is some sequence problem(i.e. install RJE, then
patch in a completely separate upgrade).  Any thoughts?
