Notice that TapeCopy uses a *single* disc file to hold the whole
content of a tape, so in this case there is only a single EOF...

By the way, notice that TapeCopy did not handle tapes with block
sizes above 16 KB in the past (not exactly sure about the current
version), so MAXTAPEBUF media were (are?) a no-no.
