Don't waste time trying the URL to Halley from outside HP. This is
an HP 3000 inside the German Response Center and thus deeply behind
those HP firewalls. But it does serve the last MPE/V and MPE/iX
LaserROM manuals as plain HTML and GIF quite happily. With basic
search capabilities provided by ht://Dig for MPE/iX, of course.

If you manage to convince HP to grant some release permission, I'd
happily submit a copy of the account to Jazz or MPE Freeware Tape.
