OpenMPE documentation page.  Go to www.OpenMPE.org and select documentation
(last entry) from the Information column on the right hand side.

It was broken this morning, but it was working later when I tried it.

You *will* need to subscribe, if you want an answer this week, as the
gateway that usually synchronises comp.sys.hp.mpe and HP3000-L will be
down all this week :-(

So I suggest you subscribe, and repeat your request.
