Since many POSIX utilities use LINES/COLUMNS for screen functions, and
since /bin/sh imports CI variables, I'd like to see direct use of CI
variables with the same name for HELP, PRINT;PAGE, etc.  This way I could
establish one set of variables in the system UDC and have utilities function
appropriately regardless of the shell I am using at the moment.
