Best thing that I can suggest is to give up watching television. It
is evidently reducing your intellectual level (the Daley Show??).

Seriously, try finding a public proxy. This seems to be the method
most people around the world (China, Iran, Iraq, Russia, etc.) use
to bypass state sanctioned access limitations.
