I believe there has been at least one port to the HP3K.  However, the
problem has been the copyright of PGP which basically affects making it
available to others without appropriate licensing/etc. and all the other
things that make the laywers happy.... :(
 
Perhaps the individual who did the port is still on the list and will
contact you directly on all these issues.....
