I just received my new hardware support contract which indicates that my
two HP2564B printers will not be supported after 8/1/99 and that my DTC
will not be supported after 12/31/2000. A call to HP indicated that they
were too costly to support but that HP could try and support them on a
time and materials basis - as long as they had parts. The HP
representative also said that I should check into 3rd party repairs
services.

Question - What is an equivalent new HP print and has any one used a 3rd
party to maintain their printers.

Thank you for your opinions
