Well donna, in (lower)case you didn't know, a "really" skillful Human
Interface Device operator (typist) can actually use 2 keys
simultaneously and at the proper time to create what is known as an
uppercase letter.
Even now, the mail client I am using is automatically up shifting
letters as I type. It up shifts the first letter of every sentence and
the letter I when it is alone. It is even complaining about the way I
typed your name at the beginning of this message. Ain't technology
grand?
