Another wild shot, besides the all important patches, if you have DTCs and
transceivers, is "SQETest" on the transceivers set to "enabled". I think
starting with 6.0, if "SQETest" was disabled, the system took a bad
performance hit. I have found many of my customers discovered this anomoly
when they upgraded their systems.
