You just have to wait for every vendor your code depends on to fix
*their* problems, then you can remove the work-around code that is
enlarging the problem and the code and the complexity. Of course,
in this era of Microsoft ("if it's good enought to get you to buy it,
then the bugs left really don't matter") you will be waiting a
*long* time.
