Well, again in the absence of an Image guru, I have to say that IMHO the
data base looks like it's okay (I don't see how it could be otherwise, since
you have multiple tools reporting the same number of entries, but those same
tools finding different numbers of records).  My bet is still on the
application.  Could it be that the SRN application is telling you the record
doesn't exist because of referential integrity checks it is performing (IOW,
it finds the SAM-ID in the master set, but doesn't tell you that because it
expects the same SAM-ID to be in some other set, and it's not)?  As for
Datanow, I'm not sure what it is...
