That'd be "whingeing". Used to denigrate those English who couldn't hack it
here so buggered off to somewhere where the
whole place is still run by the unions.
"Brit" is value-free, except it speaks of ignorance of anyone who thinks
there are common traits among the English, Scots & Welsh.

I never thought of it that way, but considered it a slang, or
