Well, SIGNETWORKING might be a likely target....
EXCEPT:  SIGNETWORKING decided to go to Interworks
instead of IPROF this year.  But this also makes your
decision easier:  SIGMPE will be @ IPROF;  that's where
I would bring it up.  I suppose SIGSYSMAN could be
another venue, but assume you are coming strictly from
an MPE point of view.......
