Thanks to the List for the script we run every Sunday morning
which checks the day/month and sorts out the time change for us
I can get an uninterrupted ( by the HP3000's anyway ) nights
sleep.

Looking at the tztab.lib.sys file I notice the change in the October is the
same as the USA but the change in the spring is one week earlier in the UK
than in the USA.

We noticed the U.K. is changing to Standard time
the same date the U.S. is this year.  There is
usually a week difference.

Unusual, but nice for us Hourglass fans.
We don't have to set a different Delta
that lasts a week for our Frame Relay
U.K. users.
