I'm having problems with our receipt & check printers printing
off-margin (I was told that the checks are printing way too high on the
form and the receipts are printing on the logo area of our form.)
I was told that this issue occurred two years ago and that spectrum
needed to be brought down and a "Global Spool File" needed to be
deleted.
Has anyone had to deal with a similar issue and if so, how did you
resolve it?
Does anyone know what he means by a global spool file?
Thanks for any info.
