I have been told that the FTPHDF6A (FTP for 6.5) patch that we installed
was not the 'latest' even thought ITRC said it was. The latest is in
fact FTPHDJ3 which has a working FTPACCES.

I have been told by our 3rd Party Support that there is a BUG (HP are
investigating) in the latest 6.5 version of FTP. Although it is reading
the FTPACCES file it is not doing anything with the contents.
