Robert,
Thanks for your note. We had performed a similar load sucessfully for two
other accounts. They are not on the same volumeset as the load that is
causing us difficulty.
After I had posted my note to the list we tried what you suggested
(DBINSTAL.PUB.DISC: SET TPI NOXM) with the same result. Before our 6.5
upgrade we routinely did there before certain large bulk transactions. Of
course we were only that smart for those transactions because they had
previously failed.
I have not started reading the relevant section of the 6.0 Communicator. It
seems that we may need to reboot the box so that the logfile for the
offending dataset can be cleared out.
