Anyone,
 
Just talked to the Response Center about modem connections to DTCs.  They
say hardware handshaking in not supported on older models of DTCs, such
as the original DTC48s(ours have all been upgraded).  So could this cause
my problems, which are  basically an user just turning off his machine
instead of signing off and having the next user get a connect and no
prompt what so ever?  We reset both port and modem and clear things up.
If  so anyway to fix it without having to purchase new equipment?
